- Fill in: What do you want to find?, Change type (for finding original), Final amount (after the change), Percentage % - if known, Original amount - if known and Currency symbol. Fields with defaults or marked optional can stay as shown.

Worked example
With Change type = Decrease (e.g. discount), Final amount = 800, Percentage % = 20:
ORIGINAL AMOUNT₹ 1,000
- Final amount: ₹ 800
- Change applied: 20% decrease
- Difference: ₹ 200
Reverse of a percentage change: original = final / (1 - rate).
