- Fill in: Curtain track/rod width (cm), Finished drop (cm), Fabric width (cm), Fullness (gather), Hem allowance (cm) and Pattern repeat (cm) - 0 for plain. Fields with defaults or marked optional can stay as shown.

Worked example
With Curtain track/rod width = 200, Finished drop = 150, Fabric width = 137, Fullness = 2, Hem allowance = 30, Pattern repeat = 0:

- Fabric widths: 3 (1.5 per curtain on a pair)
- Cut drop per width: 180 cm
- Fullness used: 2x
- Hem allowance: 30 cm
- Pattern repeat: None (plain fabric)
Standard maker’s method: widths = track × fullness ÷ fabric width (round up); total = widths × cut drop. Fullness guide: 1.5x light gather, 2x standard, 2.5x heavy/sheers. Always round up, never down.
